Since the early 1990s Warcraft has enjoyed amazing success and a growing number of fans. When Blizzard released the online version of the games, World of Warcraft, they experienced unparalleled success. However, opinions are starting to change.
In the world of online gaming a relatively new game is taking the MMORPG (massively multi-player online role playing game) genre to new heights. The Korean developed game Aion is set to take the online role playing to a whole new level. With its crisp visual imagery, engaging story and seamless play can Aion really compete with World of Warcraft for the title of biggest MMORPG?
There is no question that Aion looks great. It has all the elements one would expect from this type of fantasy game. Your character wields amazing powers and uses their wings to explore the celestial virtual world around you - yes you can fly!
The game was developed in Korea by the developer NCsoft.
The premise of the game centres on a character called Aion who created a world known as Atreia. He populate this world with humans and another race that are now warring.
Ncsoft have created the game to be an environment where a player must pit his wits against other players and against the environment. Warcraft players will recognise this as PvP and PvE. However, in Aion it is called PvPvE.
The great thing about Aion is that you do not need to bust a gut getting a flying mount - you can fly from the start! Having the ability to spread your wings and take to the air is a great part of the game but it gets really interesting when you get into an aerial fight!
Having won Korean Game of the Year Aion is set to take the rest of the world by storm. It is very visually appealing with excellent game play and seems to combine the best of several different styles of MMORPGs.
With its smooth gameplay and awesome graphics Aion will certainly cause a storm in the gaming world. Is it going to be the next big thing? Who knows for sure.
World of Warcraft has a following of 11 million and never rests on its laurels. With the expansion pack "Cataclysm" Blizzard have worked hard to develop the game further and add extra game play.
I would not entirely rule out the possibility that Aion could give WoW a run for its money though. It really is that good of a game!

Entering the Top Levels For WoW Raiding
Everyone knows that there are a multitude of benefits from raiding in world of warcraft. However, to raid you need to be part of a raiding party and to do that you need a guild. A mistake many new players make is to petition the tops warcraft guilds for admission. This is never going to happen. You must first find a lower level guild that better suits the level and proficiency of your character.
It is true that all the glory lies in joining a top guild. However, long before you become the World of Warcraft's greatest raider or PvPer you must first "serve your time" in a lower ranked guild. Here you can gain experience, improve your character and your stats and build up a solid reputation that you can use to gain entry into the higher level guilds!
Even in a lower ranked guild you can learn a lot. By raiding in groups within your guild and gaining experience form PvP with guild members you can level up much more quickly than you would otherwise.
Making yourself a valuable and desired member of a raiding party or PvP group will bring you to the attention of higher ranked groups.
Do not waste your time (and theirs) by applying for the highest ranked guilds just yet. You must be able to prove your worth as a guild member before you will even be considered by this top guilds. You must keep in mind that groups in these guilds are so skilled that they make real money in the real world by entering things like PvP competitions.
A good guild will help you grow by keeping an eye on your progress. So you can see that the very best guilds want players who are already established and skilful.
When you begin your search for a guild it is OK to be ambitious. However, please ensure that you have something to offer that guild as well as ensuring they can help you either gain experience, or levelling points or power up items.
Always join a good raiding party as quickly as possible. A Pick-up Group (PuG) is a great way to develop the skills you need in PvP and raiding. Once you develop your skills to a higher level you can join a better guild and continue building your skills.
Don't be afraid to stretch yourself. Although you should not aim for a top guild when you first start, do not be afraid to go for a well established guild. Try to get a place in a solid and well established raiding party or PvP group. You can learn a lot from the members of that group and all parties involved can benefit greatly from the co-operation.

You Should Have More Than One Character in WoW
If you enjoy playing world of warcraft then you probably have more than one character. There are very few players, however, who take full advantage of this opportunity to have several characters. Even dedicated players will only have two or three characters that they use. Although this is normal and a great way to enjoy the game by focusing all your efforts of levelling just one character having 10 characters can really help you and your guild and group members in the game!
There are many advantages to having more than one character available to you in the Warcraft World. Firstly, having several characters to play with allows you to experience different aspects of the game by understanding different races and different classes.
With the many different pros and cons for different races and different classes it can really be an eye opening experience to try them all out. Experimenting with different character types can allow you to fully experience the benefits and drawbacks to certain races and classes.
You can then get a more well rounded view of the whole of Azeroth. You can also move goods around between your characters making it easier to level up faster or complete some troublesome quests or for PvP purposes.
If you are a Horde member you can try out an Alliance character and vice versa. This is a fantastic way to learn more about your enemy and also see the game from a completely different perspective.
You can also choose secondary characters that are advantageous to your group or guild. If you take the time to build up a few characters with different skills and abilities you can become indispensable to your group or guild. You never know when it would be a good idea to change character when a group you are in requires skills that you have deliberately developed in another character.
In battle this gives you an almost unfair advantage. If you have a particular problem with certain character or class types start a secondary character of that type and battle with it to learn its weaknesses!
Of course there are also disadvantages to having multiple characters.
Time is always an important factor and this can be a pain when you have to split your time between characters. It can also cost a lot.
Although you can transfer certain things between characters there are certain items that bind to one character and cannot be transferred. This is the same with reputation.
Once you consider the advantages and the disadvantages you will most likely agree that having multiple WoW characters is very beneficial to you and your friends in world of warcraft.
Do you want to be the envy of other WoW players by having 10 level 80 characters? Then read about the amazing zygor guide that can be used to level up a character from 1 to 80 in less than a week. In addition you can also max out any WoW profession in just 1 day with the secrets in the jewelcrafting guide!

How World of Warcraft Trains Business Executives
Many companies find the training of employees to be expensive and time-consuming. With very few exceptions workers in companies do not enjoy training. When you perform tasks in certain ways for weeks, months or years training to do them differently is often met with resistance.
When an employer wants to develop their employees and even groom them for management positions training is required. No matter what type of training a company wants to give its workforce it is always necessary to train staff members in team skills and train managers in supervisory skills.
Unfortunately training is often met with resistance and lack of enthusiasm by staff members and managers alike.
Many people are happy in their current positions and do not have any ambitions of moving higher (or at least don't want to put the effort in to secure a higher position). Due to the lack of desire to be trained most training courses in the workplace are ineffective or the skills taught are forgotten very quickly.
As a solution to these problems many business executives would be well advised to look at World of Warcraft (WoW). The Warcraft series may have started as a simple single player computer game but it has evolved into the largest and most successful multi-player online game of all time attracting millions of players worldwide.
Many top executives in the business world have openly praised WoW has the ability and innovative way of training mangers (albeit as a side-effect and not deliberately). Executives from Yahoo to individual entrepreneurs may advocate the playing of WoW but few managers in the business world have ever tried it. This simple fact highlights a rather surprising statistic - players of this game are not kids and teenagers but fall into a range of different age demographics.
Far from being the domain of kids World of Warcraft attracts young adults between the age of 23 and 39 who actively play for approximately twenty-three hours a week.
Although these facts may be interesting and enlightening your are probably wondering what on earth it all has to do with staff training in the business world.
More than you realise!
World of Warcraft rewards players with experience points which they need to progress throughout the game. Players accumulate these by performing a variety of quests that become more challenging as the game progresses. Players must reach level 80 from a starting point of 1 by training their character, completing tasks and by grinding.
The degree of complexity and challenge increases dramatically as you advance across levels. The completion of higher level tasks are rewarded with more experience points and better equipment within the game.
However this is not the only progression that occurs in the game. Social interaction is an intricate part of the game with entry into, or acceptance by, groups and guilds, that are filled with real people, being needed in order to fully appreciate the warcraft gaming experience.
In order to full enjoy the entire gaming experience team work is necessary and leadership skills are essential.
Forget those lame paint-ball type corporate team building events. Get everyone online and in world of warcraft. Consider instead getting your staff interested in world of warcraft and playing as a team. For only ten dollars a month each team member can be trained in team building, organisational and managerial skills.

Joining a Warcraft Guild
Although World of Warcraft may be a game that is exists exclusively in the digital realm of bits and bytes in the virtual world of online computers it is never the less a place where social interaction is just as important as it is at any mall or teenagers house. In fact this social interaction isn't confined to just teenagers. Although in the virtual world of Azeroth you will find a great many heavy metal fans that love a good sci-fi series there are players from every walk of like and every age group.
The social interaction occurs on many levels within the Warcraft online realm not least of all when a player joins a guild.
Guilds are conglomerations of like minded players who work together for a common goal that also benefits each of the guild's individual members. I suppose a guild is like a gang or an army of players who all share the same ideals and goals and want the same outcome. They are a society dedicated to one and other.
There are many different guilds within the Warcraft world and each one has different objectives and different recruitment criteria.
Whatever guild you want to join they will wish to know your level of commitment to world of warcraft. Before approaching a guild or even accepting an invitation from one you should know how many hours per week you plan to be online playing and what you expect from guild as well as what you are prepared to offer.
Often it is a good idea to start your own guild so that the guild to which you belong suits your needs. Be prepared to take some steps and make some mental plans before you embark on building your own guild. When you start recruiting members for your guild you must have a clear and precise vision of what your guild is being formed for. What are the guild objectives and what strategy does the guild plan to use to reach those objectives?
You should set out clearly whether your guild plans to become one of the largest and most imposing or wishes to remain small and only fairly active.
Determine whether your guild's style of play will be PvE (player versus environment) and geared towards helping each other level up or if it will be PvP (player versus player) and focused on Arena tournament teams and the like.
Get your recruitment process right and you could build a very strong guild in a very short time.

Understanding The Power of Warcraft
After the success of their Warcraft series that began in the early 90's Blizzard decided in 2004 to unveil their newest game - world of warcraft. This game, unlike the others in the warcraft series that were solo player games, was an online game. With world of warcraft players can enjoy the same type of gameplay offered by the other Warcraft games but instead of being isolated and alone in the game world they are surrounded by thousands of other players. These players are often separated physically by thousands of miles and even country boundaries.
The outlandish success of WoW was never seen before its release and has never been seen since. It took the entire industry by surprise due to the speed of its success.
Nearly three years after its first release, World of Warcraft had a staggering 8 million subscribers giving them a massive 50% MMORPG market share. Now Warcraft has 11,000,000 active players and is by far the largest game of its kind in the world.
In 2004 the gaming world changed forever with the release of world of warcraft and it has never really recovered from the shock. This unique and wonderful application of the MMORPG idea has taken the gaming industry to new levels. World of Warcraft is truly a phenomenon.
This is even more impressive because playing warcraft online doesn't come cheap. With an initial outlay of approximately $70 (about £45) for the game itself and then an additional $15 (£10) monthly fee playing world of warcraft can be costly!
Most people think that eh above type of fees just to enjoy a video game are unreasonable and they would refuse to partake in the game. However, 11 million people disagree and eagerly part with their monthly fees every 4 weeks just to get to enjoy their Warcraft experience.
Would you like to level up your WoW character from 1 to 80 in less than a week? Then find out about the powerful zygor guide.
Warcraft seems to have an appeal that no other online game has. World of Warcraft has a huge slice of the online gaming market. WoW has a whopping sixty-two per cent of the online gaming market and is a monster in its field. All other games in this market have to share the remaining thirty-eight per cent of the market share making them minnows beside a whale.
The success of world of warcraft is due to a great many factors. I could easily spend a few pages explaining these factors and isolating several key components of the Warcraft approach to online gaming but that would never let you fully understand the power of this game. To get a thorough comprehensive of World of Warcraft and understand why 11,000,000 pay to play it you really have to try it out and experience its wonder for yourself.
Without any cost to you, other than a computer and internet connection which you probably already have or you wouldn't be reading this, you can try WoW free for a month.
When you finally get to experience what it is like to wage war on computer generated and real people controlled characters will you comprehend what it is like to play world of warcraft!

The World of Warcraft Demographics
World of Warcraft has surpassed all expectations that its creators, Blizzard, had for the gaming title. To date, 2010, this game has become one of the most popular video game sever created and is the most popular online game by a wide margin. The online warcraft phenomenon has taken the world of storm and completely changed the gaming world.
Traditionally gamers were made up of a very different type of person than you find playing online games now. Blizzard figures indicate that approximately 11,000,000 people from all over the world actively play the online game. These 11 million include all age groups and people from different walks of life.
Before Warcraft the average online game player would have been either a teenage boy or very young man. In these changing days, post world of warcraft, you can find young, middle-aged and older men and women playing the game online and are just as likely to run into children in you warcraft travels in the virtual world of Azeroth.
Many experts argue that the changes in the types of people, and their age groups, who play online games is due entirely to Blizzard. There is strong evidence to suggest this may be correct.
An American researcher, Nick Yee Ph.D collected data from over 40,000 game players for his "Daedalus Project" and discovered that approximately 20% of online gamers have had no previous experience with any other video games.
In addition it has also been noted that there are more women playing online games now than ever because of the large numbers playing world of warcraft.
It is estimated that about one third of the population of Azeroth, the online gaming world of world of warcraft, are female. Research indicates that the majority of these female players were first introduced to the online world of gaming by a male romantic partner.
World of Warcraft is now very much a social phenomenon as there are hundreds of players, as well as smaller groups, that come together to play as part of a guild.
The truth is that, although you can play world of warcraft as a solo player, to get ahead and make any type of headway within the game you must interact with other players. Believe it or not this unique form of social interaction in the virtual world created by Blizzard has the capability of teaching players some very useful real-world skills.
Would you like to level up so quickly in world of warcraft that your guild members will be amazed and begged you for your secrets? Then visit the review of the world's most powerful in-game WoW guide at zygor guide.

How to Level Up a Profession in World of Warcraft
As with any profession in World of Warcraft levelling up jewelcrafting isn't cheap. In fact it is rather expensive when you do it the traditional way!
Not only does levelling up your skills in your profession aid your own character's development but the new items that you can craft can be sold for a pretty penny to other players and many of them can also be shared among your group or guild.
This profit can then be used to power up your character and get much needed equipment and weapons.
getting your hands on some instant, and much needed gold, can be as simple as selling some low level items though. Some World of Warcraft players falsely believe that the low level items they can craft (or even the stuff they farm) is useless. They are mistaken. New players, or players that have not yet reached a decent level, will buy good gold for some of your items at the auction house.
When you choose a primary profession you should think carefully about which other professions suit it and can compliment it. For example, a mage would not want to take a blacksmith profession when tailoring would suit better because a mage wears cloth armour! Just tailoring may not be good for a warrior because he wears metal armour.
Because WoW is so popular, with 11 million active players, many good guides are now available. Recently some great guides for jewelcrafting 350, mining 350, first aid 350 and even fishing guides have become available.
The highest skill level you can reach in any profession is 450. However, 375 seems to be a major turning point when many abilities become available that greatly aid your character's development.
Reaching enchanting 375 or mining 375 when you have levelled up your jewelcrafting profession can give your character a lot of skill to create items that sell for large quantities of gold.I would advise you to earnestly consider investing in a good world of warcraft gold guide that can show you how to build up gold balance as you can do very little in WoW without gold.
Never purchase gold however as Blizzard are trying very hard to eliminate the professional gold farmers who play online and then sell gold. Blizzard may ban your account if you get involved in buying gold as it is clearly against the rules of the game.

Leveling Up A New Character in World of Warcraft
Starting a new character in the wonderful world of warcraft has many benefits but it also has downfalls. The grinding and questing process can be long and arduous and having to do it for the second time seems like a lot of boring work. It is also boring, monotonous and tedious. So when you decide that you are going to start a new character you obviously want to avoid all the mistakes you made the first time and you also want the experience to be as enjoyable as possible. If it is going to take you many hours just to get back to where you left off simply because you have a new character you may get so bored that you give up. Although Warcraft is designed to be challenging it is not supposed to be frustrating!
However, there is hope to make the whole process of levelling up a new character and regaining the power and experience you had very quickly. It does not have to be as difficult as it was the first time. Here are some hints:
1. Don't Skip Zones!
When you begin again with a different avatar you are often tempted to skip parts of the training process. Although it can be boring being taught to do things that are easy for you now if you skip them you can miss out on essential character rewards like spells, magical items and other things. Failing to gain these special items now will mean a world of pain and frustration later in the game. I know the training is boring when you are an experienced player but you really need to stay focused and get everything that is available to you - it will make things much easier when you get past level 10.
2. Plan Your Build
Try not to weaken your character by being a jack of all trades. It is all too easy to make the mistake of trying to level yourself in many different areas like PvP, professions and the like without focusing on one area at a time.Do not spread your focus too thin. Decide to level up first then take care of the rest and choose a specific build that will power up your character in specific areas. Stay focused on what you need to do and try not to get too distracted.
3. Use a Guide
Performing the quests again can be frustrating and boring. This is true even if your character belongs to a different race and class. Often things can be missed due entirely to rushing the process and not paying attention to detail. You should consider using an in-game levelling guide as it can show you the fastest way to regain your original level. You can continue using the guide to reach 80 in just a week or simply turn it off once you regain your original level.

The Fantasy of World of Warcraft
Every day thousands of people log onto their Warcraft account and join their friends in an online fantasy realm that is the largest MMORPG in existence. It all started in the early 1990s with Warcraft - a game that took the Pc gaming world by storm and spawned two sequels.
In the online game four years have passed since the last Warcraft single player. Although Warcraft III seen races decimated and Azeroth war torn the races do not have time to rest.
Ancient threats and new ones lurk forever in the darkness ready to pounce and cause havoc once again.
Azeroth has changed forever. It is not a computer program downloaded and played on one computer any more. Azeroth exists as an ever-changing dynamic virtual world that exists on Blizzard's own servers. To visit Azeroth you must literally visit another place by logging onto your computer and going onto the internet.
Azeroth, the virtual world of warcraft world, is now online. Being a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) allows Warcraft to have 11 million active players from all over the planet.
To access the virtual world of Azeroth you need to sign up for a Blizzard account. When you sign into it and join a warcraft realm you will be there with many thousands of other players.
Warcraft is quite unique in the fact that there are several different styles of server that suit individual game styles. The unique thing about World of Warcraft is that you can play it at your own pace unlike most of the other ones online today.
Warcraft has two factions the Horde and the Alliance. You then pick a race from ten different ones and give your character a class - again from ten different classes. Once you start playing you can choose two primary professions and as many secondary professions as you want.
There are multiple and interesting modes of transportation from flying epic mounts to instant teleportation depending on your class and level.
The storyline of the warcraft world is interesting, engaging and builds up your interest in the game as you play.
The great thing about playing world of warcraft is also the fact that many experts have identified that the game teaches real world skills that can be used in career and personal settings.
Warcraft is not just a game it is truly an enjoyable, entertaining, rewarding, often inspiring and skill training experience.

World of Warcraft Tips
On a global scale world of warcraft is huge. It is one of the most popular video games that has ever been programmed onto a computer. WoW is actually the fastest growing and most consistently popular online game in existence. All WoW players want to level up their characters as fast as they can and this one goal causes many people to spent hundreds of hours playing the game every month.
Even though the amazingly colourful and diverse virtual world of Azeroth is highly entertaining and enjoyable to roam in it can cause problems for some warcraft players (in fact it causes problems for many of them). The problem with WoW is not that the game play is frustrating or that it is difficult to master. The problem lies in the fact that hundreds of hours of game time are needed to reach those higher and more elusive levels that all players want to reach.
When playing WoW the most important things are levelling up quickly so you can earn your epic mount and kick some virtual ass in the arena.Unfortunately though most players don't have hundreds of hours to spend levelling up.
For this reason it is often best to get in-game guides that can take you by the metaphorical virtual hand and shows which quests are worth doing and which ones are complete wastes of time. The really good in-game levelling guides, such as the Zygor Guide and Joanas Guide, can then walk you through the complicated questing paths involved.
Levelling up is not your only concern however. It is also advantageous to power up as quickly as you can. One of the fastest ways to do this is through the use of the WoW professions.
You must think very seriously about which primary and secondary professions you are going to take before you actually make the move of levelling one. It is important to pick professions that will be an aid to your character. Professions that you choose should be in harmony with the class of your character and should also be complementary to each other.
If you have an avatar that is a member of the warrior class then it should be fairly obviously that blacksmithing would be greatly beneficial to you. Having the ability to manipulate metal means you could create stronger armour and wield better weapons for example.
Being able to create these items also means you can create excess items, sometimes for use by your guild members and sometimes to sell in the auction house. This much needed gold can then be used to finance purchases of items that you need to power up your character even further.

Warcraft Profession Guide
You can choose to have 2 different kinds of professions in WoW. You have the choice of choosing professions based on either primary or secondary professions. You can choose to have only two main (primary) professions but can have all the secondary professions if you want to.
Obviously with the ability to take advantage of two primary professions and an unlimited number of secondary professions it is wise to do some research before you choose your professions. Many new players find that they waste a lot of time levelling up their skill points just to discover they have chosen the wrong professions.
Because professions go to 450 level it is a great waste of your time to level up a profession that you cannot use properly. This is made worse because you have to start again from scratch if you change professions. When you pick professions that suit your game style and the class of your avatar then you suddenly find yourself having a great advantage over other WoW players and being able to level up and power up your character much more quickly!
Of course once you pick your professions you do not want to take too much time leveling up your skill points. I will show you how to do this at the end of this article.
In the beginning however you should focus on choosing your professions wisely. By far this simple first step is the most important one when it comes to WoW professions. Many new players give little or no thought to which profession they choose and therefore usually end up with professions that are useless to them.
Tailoring would be pretty useless to the warrior class for example. Blacksmithing would prove much more useful to a warrior as it would allow the warrior to forge new and improved weapons and armour.
However, a priest, shaman or mage would greatly benefit from a profession such as tailoring because they use cloth armour!
When you know which professions are best for you to use you can choose two primary professions that match each other. As an example mining and blacksmithing are 2 primary professions that work well together.

Can a Video Game Really Benefit You in the Real World?
Azeroth, the online environment for the World of Warcraft series, is more than just a virtual gaming world. In fact World of Warcraft is much more than just a Pc game. I am not talking about the fact that it is a MMORPG (Massively Multi-Player Online Role Playing Game), nor am I referring to the fact that it is one of the fastest selling games of all time, nor even that it is the biggest online game created with a consistent 11,000,000 active subscribers.
Even though these details do make world of warcraft special they are not the most important reasons for believing world of warcraft to be much more important than a mere computer game. This online gaming environment has been proven to be capable of teaching players skills and developing abilities in them that can be, and are automatically, transferred into the real world of work and play.
The truth is that World of Warcraft (WoW) grabs a players attention for all the usual reasons associated with a computer game. However, before long those same players are learning very real and usable skills that can be deployed at work, in social situations and a multitude of life situations.Think of the opposite of all those stories about how the negative effects of television violence and violent video games are "programming" people to be violent in the real world. Well, when it comes to World of Warcraft the opposite is happening and positive, desirable skills and abilities are "programmed in" and then used in the real world!
Playing the game at the start does not set it apart from any other fantasy game. As with all similar type of fantasy games you have to perform some simple steps while you play world of warcraft at lower character levels. These low levels keep world of warcraft very similar to other games in the same genre.
However, as you progress further up the levels the Warcraft world becomes much more complex and challenging.
The questing and training that a player must go through are mentally stimulating. When you play the game at higher levels you will definitely have to mentally engage yourself in the game play.
In WoW it is not just the questing that requires mental effort. When you become involved in combatable situations it not just continually hitting a button - you must think about what you are doing and how you plan to do it! When a player is engaged in high mental activities within world of warcraft that require the development of specialised managerial, organizational, time and people skills they find that these skills are automatically available to them in their real ordinary lives.
When you reach a stage where you want to take on a higher rank within your guild, and perhaps even reach the level of guild leader, you will need to have developed some very sophisticated managerial skills. These can be learned wither within the game or by paying for a top-class college education!
In fact, John Seely Brown, former director of Xerox PARC, says that World of Warcraft is the ideal place for entrepreneurs to hone their skills while many other experts claim that the managerial skills, crowd sourcing and other effective guild member abilities learned in the online world of warcraft are genuine leadership skills can only be replicated by expensive managerial tuition!

Learning to Enhance Your Profession Skills in WoW
All professions in world of warcraft cost you gold to level up if you do things the normal and accepted way. There is no getting away from that fact.
Not only does levelling up your skills in your profession aid your own character's development but the new items that you can craft can be sold for a pretty penny to other players and many of them can also be shared among your group or guild.
This profit can then be used to power up your character and get much needed equipment and weapons.
If you need more gold fast, in order to start levelling up, I suggest you try to sell some of your lower level items. There is a huge proportion of WoW players who mistakenly think that they have nothing of value in their inventory or in their skill set. There are hundreds of items that a player with a low rank would want - just think back to when you started in Azeroth and you will get some idea why your items may be valuable.
When picking a profession, especially your primary one, make sure it fits your avatar and its abilities and make sure the secondary profession is in harmony with the primary one! As an example and to show you how easily you can pick your professions a warrior would be a good miner and blacksmith. This would allow for the forging of better armour and weapons.
As well as 1 - 80 level guides you can get good profession guides for World of Warcraft. Jewelcrafting 300 -375 guides are available as are those for the other professions such as blacksmithing 375, first aid 375 and other guides.
Although you can level up any profession to 450, it seems that 375 is the skill level where major breakthroughs happen. For example you can craft Jagged Talasite at Jewelcrafting 375.

Can You Really Max Out a Profession in Just 1 Day?
As an avid World of Warcraft player I know how difficult it can be to level up a character. In addition to that we all know, all too well, that certain races and classes are harder to level up than others. Therefore it should not be surprising that professions offer the same challenges - even to experienced players. However, I have discovered the dirty little secrets that can be used in any profession to level up super fast. In fact the average profession skill max-out time for a player using these secrets is just 1 day - even newbies!
The problem with choosing a primary profession is that often you are not really sure which profession best suits your character due to your race and class. Very often it isn't until you have gained a great deal of skill points that you realise you have picked the wrong profession or at least realise that the one you have chosen isn't a great fit!
If you do not want to fall into the same trap that I did, levelling up skill points in a profession that was almost useless to you, then you need to choose your profession carefully or find a way to level up so fast that it doesn't matter if you find one that is no good for you - just pick another and level up super fast again!
If you get lucky, like I did, you may come across the relevant information that you need outlining the professions and giving hints & tips on how to level up quickly but unfortunately this information is sparse and hard to come by.
I was very lucky and found it after only a few days scouring the WoW forums and blogs. I know a few days is a long time but it could have been worse. Obviously if I knew back then what I know now I would have just used that time to level up a few different professions to see which would suited me best.
Whatever you do try not to waste your precious play time building up your skill points in a profession that is almost completely useless to your character! I have seen players waste their time getting to the high 300s just to discover that their profession is only good for selling stuff they've made at the auction house. Now getting more gold is great but your profession should also help you to power up your character!
Below you can find all the information you need to level up your skill points fast (if you are the average player in just 1 day) so you can do what you want to do - enjoy the game!
