Entering the Top Levels For WoW Raiding

Everyone knows that there are a multitude of benefits from raiding in world of warcraft. However, to raid you need to be part of a raiding party and to do that you need a guild. A mistake many new players make is to petition the tops warcraft guilds for admission. This is never going to happen. You must first find a lower level guild that better suits the level and proficiency of your character.

It is true that all the glory lies in joining a top guild. However, long before you become the World of Warcraft's greatest raider or PvPer you must first "serve your time" in a lower ranked guild. Here you can gain experience, improve your character and your stats and build up a solid reputation that you can use to gain entry into the higher level guilds!

Even in a lower ranked guild you can learn a lot. By raiding in groups within your guild and gaining experience form PvP with guild members you can level up much more quickly than you would otherwise.

Making yourself a valuable and desired member of a raiding party or PvP group will bring you to the attention of higher ranked groups.

Do not waste your time (and theirs) by applying for the highest ranked guilds just yet. You must be able to prove your worth as a guild member before you will even be considered by this top guilds. You must keep in mind that groups in these guilds are so skilled that they make real money in the real world by entering things like PvP competitions.

A good guild will help you grow by keeping an eye on your progress. So you can see that the very best guilds want players who are already established and skilful.

When you begin your search for a guild it is OK to be ambitious. However, please ensure that you have something to offer that guild as well as ensuring they can help you either gain experience, or levelling points or power up items.

Always join a good raiding party as quickly as possible. A Pick-up Group (PuG) is a great way to develop the skills you need in PvP and raiding. Once you develop your skills to a higher level you can join a better guild and continue building your skills.

Don't be afraid to stretch yourself. Although you should not aim for a top guild when you first start, do not be afraid to go for a well established guild. Try to get a place in a solid and well established raiding party or PvP group. You can learn a lot from the members of that group and all parties involved can benefit greatly from the co-operation.
